Easy Breadcrumb Recipe

Serves: 4 cups
 
Ingredients
  • 1 loaf of old bread (14oz)
  • 4 tablespoons Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt
Instructions
  1. Cut the loaf into 1" cubes
  2. Preheat oven to 300. Spread out bread cubes onto baking pan and bake for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Let cool for 5 minutes. Add to food processor and pulse until desired crumb size.
  4. Add breadcrumbs to a bowl along with Italian seasoning and salt.
  5. Store in air tight container for up to 3 weeks.
